Resource Requirements:

• Senior resource with excellent knowledge in Server Side J2EE Technologies and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred).
• The resource will also be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects including Alloy and App Engg infrastructure setup, deployment and managing code quality
• Should be able to work with minimum guidance.
• Should be able to create project schedules, update project dashboards for status of work
• Strong analysis, design and implementation exposure with a focus on application development.
• Experience with managing scrum ceremonies like Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Demo
• Ability to interact with multiple cross-functional teams and CI developer to get work done effectively
• Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Organize and drive Scrum Ceremonies- Daily Stand up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective Demo

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field
• 3 years previous Project Management experience successfully delivering complex cross- functional solutions within a defined SDLC
• 5 years previous work experience working on projects in large corporate IT environments.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Excellent people skills with good communication, relationship building and management skills
• Ability to work well and productively, always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Apple experience is preferred specially Infrastructure activities
