Sr Manager, Delivery Services
Position Summary
This role is within our company's Business Unit Operations function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Support buildout of long-term vision for the team based on customer segmentation, needs, trends and competitive landscape as it relates to Delivery Services and (ii) Optimize existing Delivery Services and partnerships by applying strategic thinking and financial acumen.

- Support buildout of long-term vision for the team based on customer segmentation, needs, trends and competitive landscape as it relates to Delivery Services
- Optimize existing Delivery Services and partnerships by applying strategic thinking and financial acumen
- Quantify partner value and cost to deliver, in order to identify pricing targets, resource requirements and overall priorities
- Prepare and prioritize Delivery Services business cases to senior leadership utilizing needs based segmentation, identification of value created versus the next best alternative and unique capabilities our team can offer
- Partner to identify and curate Delivery Services growth potential with the market by mapping targeted adjacent and disruptive logistics and retail players
- Develop dashboards to monitor and report progress/execution of strategic plan and roadmap, as well as project plan for commercial and market launch phases
- Lead Partner Success team in construction and continuous improvement of mutually beneficial partner delivery offers
- Guide contracting, integration and optimization of delivery program user acquisition and engagement
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
- Protect our company's reputation by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Motivate and lead a high-performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members
- Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies
- Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications
- Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the company's mission, vision and values.
- 6-8 years of consulting, strategic planning, finance and/or management experience
- Experience with business operations, corporate development, growth strategy, GTM strategy or M&A
- Leadership experience
- Experience presenting to C-suite level executives
- Knowledge in IoT/Smart Home
- Ability to travel up to 10% of year
- MBA
- Ability to work in a Matrix environment
- Experience working with Amazon
- Strong financial acumen
