Job Description
Manage product roadmaps for existing features
Work at a rapid pace and facilitate an environment where others are passionate about helping to deliver on your vision.
Define implementation strategy for product enhancements, new options and fixes
Own program priority list - define, align on priorities and hold program owners accountable through appropriate review process
Act as a single point of contact for product quality improvements and all mandatory compliance, including customer driven ones
Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
Ability to work remotely from a remote location
Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
Oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership.
Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives.
Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: BS in engineering disciplines, MBA/MS a plus
Minimum Experience: 2+ Years applicable experience
Previous experience in a software company will be preferred
