Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Hardware Manager to lead our wireless and video team and be a part of building the industry's most innovative products for streaming video and audio around your home. You will work with some of the brightest minds in the field across multiple disciplines of hardware, firmware, software and manufacturing to deliver game-changing products.
Essential Responsibilities
Build and develop a strong team that will create amazing, innovative products.
Provide leadership for the RWC HW team, working alongside development teams in the UK, Taiwan and China.
Create HW Architectures that balance technical design requirements with cost constraints.
Collaborate with internal and external SW/FW developers to deliver the best AV experience.
Partner with key suppliers, ODM's and JDM's to meet aggressive development schedules.
Provide Engineering leadership in one or many of the following areas: Embedded real-time systems, high definition video processing devices, wireless radio architectures, FPGA design, CPLD development, RTL, RF/Antenna design, PCB Layout and Simulation.

Qualifications
- BSEE or Equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in hardware development
- 5+ years of experience leading teams to create outstanding consumer products
- Proven track record of shipping best-in-class embedded hardware products
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across a global organization
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and across time-zones
- Ability to travel overseas
