Job Purpose/Summary:

To review and recommend Company products for specific customer applications to ensure that appropriate systems are purchased by customers and meet their performance. Acts as a technical resource to the company and customers.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Provide mining/technical expertise to assist the sales team in determining the correct product to meet performance expectations of the customer.
• Serve as technical resource to sales team.
• Review sales orders for product compatibility, completeness and appropriateness.
• Provide peer review of sales orders completed by team members for compatibility, completeness and appropriateness.
• Coordinate application efforts with Design Engineering to complete sales order review on schedule.
• Ensure orders are processed on a timely basis, prior to internal deadlines, with supporting documentation copmleted.
• Maintains good housekeeping, 5S and safety practices in work area.
• Perform other duties as required.

Necessary Abilities/Skills/Certifications:

• Aggflow DM Software
• Microsoft Office
• MSHA Safety Training Certification
• Ability to establish good working relationships
• Drafting software
• Written and oral communication skills
• Lean manufacturing principles

Minimum Education and Work Experience Required:

Bachelor's of Science, Engineering with 3-5 years experience in mining or mining related industry
