Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the agile development process to ensure project deliverables are met, on time and of high quality
Guide the team in defining the technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the DB schema
Plan and allocate work to the team & Mentoring the team. Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress
Participate in planning & recognizing inconsistencies (e.g., scope, resources, feasibility, usability, customer value, etc. in product requirements and alert the Project Mentor)
Effectively communicate one-on-one with on-shore / off-shore product teams / developers
Ability to perceive short-comings in existing systems and recommend risk-mitigating solutions, work-arounds and better approaches
Participate in upgrade processes of technology stack

Skills and Experience Required:

Overall 12+ years' experience and 8+ years' in a Tech Lead capacity, managing deliverables in strict timelines
10+ years' hands-on experience in ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, MVC, Entity framework, WebAPI, WCF, Web Services
Expertise on OOPs Concepts hands on design experience
Strong experience in front-end technologies: ReactJS/Angular7, JavaScript, JQuery and bootstrap
10+ years with SQL Server Programming (T-SQL) and SSRS
Experience with database programming, schemas, SQL scripts and stored procedures
Proficient with source code management systems (TFS)
Good understanding of PowerBI reports and its integration with JIRA
Good to have experience with DevOps practices
Good to have Experience in cloud native Application development (MS Azure)
Should have experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
