Responsibilities
Develop strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining new financial advisors within the Downers Grove branch
Foster a team-oriented culture among staff members
Coordinate and lead sales meetings effectively
Identify and address any potential issues in a timely manner
Support and drive the growth of the Downers Grove branch
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in sales management or hold a Master of Business Administration degree.
Proficiency in overseeing sales operations or a Master's degree in Business Administration is a mandatory requirement.
Future acquisition of Securities Licenses (SIE, 6, and 63) is necessary for this position.
Meeting performance targets consistently is a prerequisite for maintaining eligibility for this role.
