We are accepting applications for the position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst. All applicants must follow one of the following processes:

Process for Out of District Applicants: Out of district applicants are required to complete an on-line application. All requested documents as indicated in the posting must be uploaded to the application.

Process for District Employees: District employees must complete an on-line administrative application. Employees must login to SearchSoft (PowerSchool) and make sure their application type reflects "administrative." Once an employee's application correctly reflects "administrative, " they are able to apply for a specific position. If an employee does not already have an application in SearchSoft, they will need to create a new user ID and password to apply for the specific position.

Applicants for this position must have the following qualifications and experience:

Master's degree from an accredited college or university wit8h a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or related field
General qualifications of a teacher as prescribed by the State Department of Education and hold a valid Texas teaching certificate from the State Board for Educator Certification
Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Three (3) years successful teaching experience in Special Education
Three (3) years of experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and Evaluations, including appropriate means of collecting data, analyzing data and making decisions based on data
