Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal Skills Technical proficiency in IVR systems
understanding of IVR technology including Telecom components to intelligently drive discussions and implementations
Technical skills required are an intermediate to advance knowledge of VXML and Java Must be proficient and expert in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word and Power point
Must be a quick learner who can quickly adapt and learn the technical components of the selected platform in order to lead and guide the technical solution during execution
The resource will be responsible for running the project from feasibility to implementation and post implementation support.
The resource will work with telecom teams, web teams, mobile teams and digital channel teams in addition to external vendors and will manage the overall project from project management perspective including being the liaison between several cross functional teams within and external vendors.
Key activities of the resource will include project planning and project coordination for all phases of the project life cycle, be a liaison and KPOC for all activities pertaining to the project.
The resource will lead the I.S. Project by delegating work assignments, monitoring key stakeholder and cross functional activities to ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines and to rectify issues and roadblocks, identifies and assesses issues and communicates risks and impacts, analyze project requirements and customers' expectations to identify and implement required tasks, prepares and conducts project progress and quality reviews to provide project updates, monitors costs, timelines, and resources to address plan deviations, provides technological guidance to project teams to ensure the quality of project deliverables.
PMP Certification - Project Management experience 5- 10 years with min 3-5 years' Experience in IVR Solutions, Telecom, Mobile, Network Solutions Project Management experience. Min 12- 15 years IT experience.
