Job Description
We are looking for a talented Controller to join our fast-paced team and take charge of our financial operations. This role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes, as well as providing strategic financial management insights to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop financial reports and analysis to provide insights into company performance and financial health.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and corrective action.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including investment opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insightful financial recommendations to management based on analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
  • Continuously assess and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their development and success.


  • Requirements

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, with a track record of success in financial management and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
