Job description:
This is a position for a Database Manager with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities. The project is the creation of an enterprise electronic health record.

Please note - it is anticipated that this contract will renew for a full year after the end of this State fiscal year.

As a Database Manager with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities, the candidate will perform Database Administration / Development functions in a scrum environment including:
-Participate in daily scrum calls as a team member/SME from a data structure / database and reporting perspective
-Participate in Sprint Planning Session from a data structure / database perspective and reporting
-Participate in Sprint Retrospective Session from a data structure / database perspective and reporting
-Participate in Sprint Review Session from a data structure / database perspective and reporting
-Participate in Product Backlog Grooming sessions from a data structure / database perspective and reporting
-Perform database documentation including table relation diagrams and data dictionary updates
-Perform database impact analysis
-Create and modify complex stored procedures
-Create/identify data structures to support modules and screens
-Create and automate SSRS reports
-Perform advanced data cleanup functions
-Analyze queries and stored procedures to enhance performance
-Perform backup and restore functions
-Perform database performance analysis
This role reports through the Application Development Manager
