Description:
- Plan, direct, co-ordinate and grow the operations of a dynamic and growing restaurant business.
- Lead restaurant management teams to deliver optimum guest experience while developing managers' skills and talents.
- Ensure all restaurants deliver optimal customer experiences according to the Chop't values of Better Tastes Better, Hospitality, Generosity and Urgency
- Review customer feedback and provide leadership to Managers to improve upon feedback
- Maintain unique Chop't culture within the restaurants
- Set management team goals and objectives
- Develop General Managers to maximize potential
- Monitor restaurant performance
- Delegate appropriate work duties to the management teams
- Allocate use of available resources to the restaurants (manage by exception)
- Monitor and assist team with performance management
- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
- Establish and maintain controls
- Co-ordinate financial and operational plans that maximize operational efficiencies
- Facilitate the preparation and analysis of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) on an ongoing basis
- Responsible for the achievement of district profitability and service quality goals

Skills & Requirements
Ideal Candidates Should Possess:
- Multi-unit QSR or fast casual restaurant experience required
- Knowledge of QSR or Fast Casual business and management principles and practices
- Knowledge of strategic planning
- Knowledge of human resource management principles and procedures
- Knowledge of basic economic and accounting principles and practices
- Bachelor's degree preferred
