Cyber Security Lead

Marathon TS is looking to hire a Cyber Security Lead in Huntsville, AL. The lead will provide technical security services relative to the implementation of information security, industrial security, Personnel security, communications security, resource protection, force protection, and anti-terrorism programs.
Job duties:

• Responsible for all matters pertaining to Information Assurance (IA) and systems security and for day-to-day management of security support.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with government security policies and procedures, and for development and improvement of compliant contractor procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Security or a related technical field from an accredited university or college
• At minimum 3+ years specialized experience in the field to government information systems management security, or a combination of at least 30 credit hours in computer science or information systems security and at least 10 years specialized experience in the field of government information systems management and security
• At minimum 5+ years management experience
• Must have a good understanding and knowledge of Operating Systems (ie. Windows, Linux, Cisco IOS)
• Must have experience working with DISA STIGS, HBSS and ACAS.
• The candidate should be well versed with the RMF accreditation process and utilization of eMass.
• The candidate should have the knowledge to make decisions on matters relating to Physical, Personnel, and IT security.

Certification / Compliance Requirements: Must meet DOD 8570 requirements as an Information Assurance Management, Level II (IAM-II).
Position requires a CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC or CCISO at time of hire.
