Currently we have a need for a Solution Architect. You must be a U.S. Person. Remote work allowed.
The Solution Architect position will support various teams such as the ORock development, performance architecture, data science, and other infrastructure teams to provide technical support, infrastructure, and sales solutions. This position will support the senior staff on the ORock cloud ecosystem, architectures & products to provide technical consulting to customers as a trusted advisor.
This role is a hands-on position working directly with the Enterprise Cloud Team.

Those successful in this position will have:
- Experience with Red Hat tools OpenStack, OpenShift, Ceph, Ansible
- Red Hat Certification
- Experience with Cloud Orchestration frameworks and their role in IT transformation
- Experience crafting innovative solutions and designing and automating cloud deployment
- Provide technical support and subject matter expertise
- Produce high-quality technical documentation
- Support the sales process by collecting customer requirements
- Lead the development of proposed technical solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and technical proposals
- Coordinating with and providing support to BD/Sales team for technical solutions and customer meetings
- Experience in design/deployment of Public cloud offerings
- Experience with listening, understanding, and conveying customer requirements
- Experience building prototype integration projects using hyperscale technologies, 3rd party, and open source frameworks
- Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts as well as develop new opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or technical experience meeting the following years:
- 3+ years of Cloud Architecture experience
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 4+ years Infrastructure technologies
- Experience with IaaS, PaaS, DaaS
