Job Description
Lead the sales and new client acquisition effort in North America, present capabilities and gain commitment from prospects leading to current and future revenue
Analyze market trends, implications and develop strategies to participate in resultant opportunities
Act as a coach and partner with Client stakeholders in helping them develop strategies leveraging global sourcing and establish Royal Cyber as a thought leader and preferred partner to their organizations
Deal and contract management; develop and negotiate contracts; and pricing models
Stay tuned to market and competition, participate in trade events, conferences, customer forums and provide inputs to the practice teams towards developing contextual offerings that will help differentiate Royal Cyber in the marketplace Meet and exceed sales revenue and future revenue targets
Strong result orientation with the ability to positively affect outcome's
Ability to develop coaches across the client and prospect organizations that can guide Royal Cyber sales pursuit
Ability to influence decisions by leading sales presentations and articulating Royal Cyber positioning, value proposition and relevant experience
Strong background/experience with T&M Contracts as well as Fixed Scope Contract
Identify and prioritize leads, both internally and externally in assigned market
Prospects accounts and produces revenue
Generates lead activity and makes sales calls
Develops strategies and utilizes selling techniques to acquire new business
Leads the analysis of current and projected product lines to determine optimal business strategy
Analyzes major competitor strategies Identifies and monitors changing patterns of competition and recommends response
Experience developing and executing sales outreach strategies such as Email/LinkedIn campaigns, technical workshops/roadshows, cold calling and others Qualifications
Bachelor degree preferred
5+ years of IT experience with 2-4 years in Sales as a "Hunter"
Services sales experience across digital technologies such as Cloud, Data, RPA and products/platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow or others
Excellent verbal and written communication
