Your team's analytics and dashboards will have a large impact on people's day-to-day lives and the overall growth of the company. You'll love that your expertise and position as a leader in our nascent data community will upskill and empower both your team and domain experts embedded in several lines of business.

What you'll be doing

• Be a leader in data visualization theory, driving the development of actionable, high-quality dashboards and analytics that will support the business for years to come
• Develop deep relationships with business leaders and nontechnical domain experts, to move initiatives through discovery and implementation
• Be a leader in current internal organizations: the Data Governance Council and the PowerBI and Visualization Guild
• Drive adoption of analytics best practices
• Manage skills, performance, and career progression of your team of ~12 analysts

Skills we're seeking

• 8+ years of experience with Analytics, BI and Reports Development
  • Must have strong PowerBI experience
  • At least some experience with other analytics tools such as Looker, Qlik, Toucan Toco, etc.
  • Must have strong SQL experience
  • At least some experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, etc.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • You'll have a team of about 12, so the larger teams you've managed the better
  • Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, task management, performance reviews, etc.
