You'll love that your expertise and position as a leader in our nascent data community will upskill and empower both your team and domain experts embedded in several lines of business.
What you'll be doing
- Be a leader in data visualization theory, driving the development of actionable, high-quality dashboards and analytics that will support the business for years to come
- Develop deep relationships with business leaders and nontechnical domain experts, to move initiatives through discovery and implementation
- Be a leader in current internal organizations: the Data Governance Council and the PowerBI and Visualization Guild
- Drive adoption of analytics best practices
- Manage skills, performance, and career progression of your team of ~12 analysts
- 8+ years of experience with Analytics, BI and Reports Development
- Must have strong PowerBI experience
- At least some experience with other analytics tools such as Looker, Qlik, Toucan Toco, etc.
- Must have strong SQL experience
- At least some experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, etc.
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
- You'll have a team of about 12, so the larger teams you've managed the better
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, task management, performance reviews, etc.
