Software Application Manager:
Long-term positions
Must be on-site minimum of 2 days / week in Jersey City.
Must have excellent communication skills and be pro-active
- Must have indepth knowledge of managing software licenses for multiple manufacturers, incl Microsoft, Adobe, Tableau, etc
- Work with asset management focal to perform database (CMDB) edits in ServiceNow.
- Must have extensive knowledge in procuring and reclaiming licenses as people come and leave organization.
- Will have knowledge of how to troubleshoot licensing issues on individual devices
- Will have ownership of budget for managing number of licenses for annual PO, tracking spend against POs.
- Will work with department managers to fund annual POs for software license renewals.
- Will ensure application version are up to date in Microsoft's SCCM application by working with SCCM focal.
- Will monitor application version compliance and manage end of life; updating versions.
