Good communication skills both written and verbal

• Technical Skills
  Test automation management IBM Optim
  HP ALM (M)
• Testing Skills
  Demonstrated understanding of Test Data Management and test environments within large complex organizations
  Ability to decipher Solution Architecture diagrams to determine testing strategy and data validation
