Job Description:
The Digital Media Manager is responsible for Weiman's digital media activities with the goal of profitable demand generation and customer acquisition for the Weiman portfolio of brands. Weiman prefers to manage all media in-house, and this scope will include Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Programmatic Media, and SEM/PLA, all managed within the native portals. The role will personally build and execute all media campaigns and use data analytics to evaluate ROI and continuously optimize performance. Key team interactions will be with the Digital Marketing Manager, who oversees Weiman's owned eCommerce site, the eCommerce Account Manager, who oversees the Amazon business, and several brand managers and graphic designers. This role will be part of Weiman's Digital Business Team, a fast-moving autonomous organization within the company.
Experience and Skill Sets:
3+ years experience in building and executing digital media campaigns, either with an agency or in-house media team, ideally in a
consumer product e-commerce environment
Proven ability to develop and lead execution digital marketing programs within the Facebook portal, ideally for an e-commerce
business (as opposed to just driving brand awareness)
Proven ability to develop and lead execution digital marketing programs within the Google portal, including YouTube (Video),
Product Listing Ads (Shopping), and AdWords (Search)
Strong grasp of business and data analytics, including digital marketing ROI evaluations
Experience optimizing SEO for websites and building/executing SEM campaigns a plus
Familiarity using programmatic ad buying DSPs (such as Media Math or SiteScout) a plus
Familiarity with first-party data collection (via Google Analytics for example) and third-party DMP data targeting capabilities a plus
Exhibits superb attention to detail and strong verbal/written communication skills
Google Certification(s) strongly preferred (search, display, mobile, video, shopping, analytics)
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve eCommerce financial goals and objectives for the brands
Manage digital media budget to deliver positive ROI for the business
Build and execute all media campaigns across all platforms (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to optimize campaigns (and creative content) based on traffic performance and behavior
on Weiman's e-commerce site
Collaborate with brand managers to build and execute campaigns to drive brand awareness and support key brands for top brick and
mortar retailers
Utilize portal data and site analytics to evaluate ROI, using learnings to continuously optimize campaigns and adjust strategic
approach
Build summary dashboards to better manage the digital marketing campaigns and easily share insights and data across the team
Collect and aggregate first and third-party data from various sources to create actionable insights that can be used for consumer
segmentation, remarketing, etc.
Bring thought leadership to Weiman around innovative digital marketing strategies
