Job Description:
- This is a role for a Release Manager on the same team and the BA above (so details in that description apply. It is an Agile team, working with open source tools (not a Microsoft shop), JIRA, etc.
- This person will be inputting information into ServiceNow, so please try to find someone who has worked with that tool.
- This person will be communicating / hosting / leading meetings that will involve Digital Tech Leadership, Team Leads, and coordinators.
- This person needs to be able to communicate clearly and effectively, project confidence, and think on their feet quickly when questions are thrown their way from Leadership.
- Tracy, the release manager now, has already put in place processes and release policies, so this person would be following that plan as well as providing any insight on optimizations.
- Also, and this has been mentioned before from Leadership...there is a lot of change going on right now with Amazon/Wholefoods, so they want people who can adapt to change and not opposed to adapting their skillset.
