IT Manager

The IT Manager requires a track record of managing and developing a robust infrastructure for a growing company. You will work closely with the Associate Principal of IT managing and developing the IT infrastructure, creating and managing the annual budgets, and overall leadership of IT department company wide.

Areas of responsibility include overall team management, overseeing the management of the company wide server infrastructure, WAN/LAN, Security best practices, and Application management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managing an IT Team
• 8+ years of IT experience
• Strong LAN/WAN networking skills including TCP/IP, SD-WAN, Firewall management
• Hands-on experience and technically sound with the following technologies: Active Directory, MS SQL, DFS, Powershell, VMWare, SIP/IP phone system management (ShoreTel/Mitel preferred), CRM Systems (MS Dynamics CRM Preferred), Power BI, Video conferencing (Zoom preferred)
• Degree in one of the following or closely related fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/Management
• Experience creating and managing budgets
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Management or related field
• Python experience a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Experience in the AEC industry a plus
