Job Description
Advise and assist the Government staff in the integration of various data sources which will feed development of Installation Energy Plans (IEPs) and Air Force energy resiliency and renewable energy initiatives. Provide advice and assistance to implement various renewable energy and resiliency mitigation measures, such as energy and water delivery systems analysis, resiliency risk, vulnerability, and mitigation techniques and strategies, and reviewing products and deliverables to enhance the Air Force posture in Energy as defined in the Air Force Energy Flight Plan. Provide expertise, data and information necessary to implement and support Air Force guidance, policy and directives such as DAFI 90-1701, AFPD 90-17, and DoDD 3020.40. Provide program management and in-house engineering services and expertise including the following: Assist in developing and implementation of Air Force wide energy and resiliency programs, initiatives, and opportunities. Verify Air Force enterprise-wide projects and initiatives submitted are valid and meet program technical and funding requirements. Review and advise on DOD and other Federal guidance, Presidential Executive Orders, and Congressional legislation relating to technical engineering for impacts upon and application to Air Force programs. Develop materials for related technical topics as requested by client and present materials as requested to various agencies, offices, or bases. Draft, coordinate, and track issuance status of criteria and guidance publications related to facilities and infrastructure to MAJCOMs and bases. Assist in the publishing of various data products, scorecards, informational papers, and charts. Other support duties as needed/directed.

Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in a U.S. Air Force Civil Engineering career field.
- B.S. degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
- Proficiency in computer skills to work and maintain SharePoint, websites, input data and perform trend analysis using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Excellent customer service skills such as knowledge of product (Air Force Civil Engineering), patience, attentiveness, clear communication skills, time management, and ability to use positive language to interact with customers on behalf of an organization.
- Microsoft Office Suite, written and verbal skills; ability to research, analyze data/trends, and present findings at the executive level.
- Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred
- An active DoD Secret Clearance
