The candidate must be passionate about software performance tuning and making systems resilient and scalable. He/She should be able to work with domain teams to build continuous performance tuning as part of early development cycles. The candidate must have strong system performance engineering experience in the following areas:
1. Must have 5+ years of experience on TIBCO BE, BW
2. Experience in developing software using Tibco products(BE, BW , Hawk, Tibco Admin, Spotfire etc)
3. Good knowledge of Java/ J2EE, Webservices,XML , XSL, JMS, Linux, Shell/perl scripting, XSD
4. Good understanding of TIBCO BE Concepts like Rules, Events, cache etc...
5. Good communication and analytical skills are must.
