As the Paid Social Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Acquisition Marketing and our agency partner to drive customer value maximization and retention through paid social channels.

What You Will Do:
  • Optimize, analyze, and report on paid social marketing acquisition performance to support the strategy and business goals of the performance marketing division.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of paid social marketing campaigns by tracking campaign response and providing feedback on findings with actionable recommendations for performance improvements across all social platforms.
  • Develop and maintain social planning/monitoring tools to measure key performance metrics by social channel, ad, and audience. This may include ROI forecasts and test plans.
  • Periodic evaluation of social media response attribution and record matching logic to enable accurate capture of social media-driven leads and sales.
  • Presentation of social marketing initiatives, research findings, and campaign results to senior leadership.
  • Help maintain relationships with internal operational departments and outside vendors to effectively develop all components of the marketing and advertising plan strategies.
What You Will Need:
  • 3-5 years of experience working in Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, and Snapchat
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum one to two years of user acquisition
  • Strong data manipulation and advanced Excel skills
  • Must be willing to support regular campaign optimization and reporting in addition to ad-hoc research
  • Must be able to deliver complete analysis from scratch
  • Strong presentation creation skills
  • Should be comfortable working with any level of leadership
  • Digital agency experience a plus
  • Knowledge of gaming Industry a plus but not necessary
  • Love and/or knowledge of sports a must
