1. Experience in handling multiple digital projects in a large retail/ecommerce organization of bestbuy, Walmart, and other large retail organizations as part of larger transformation
2. t least 7 to 10 years of experience handling development projects involving Salesforce, Apttus, SAP, Jira technolgoies.
3. Maturity, conviction and of course good communication skills
4. Good technical acumen on development/deployment
5. bility to handle multiple projects with dependencies.
6. Should understand the end to end project context - BRD to deployment/releases in an Agile environment with standup meetings, releases etc.
7. Should have familiarity with the landscape that has SAP, Salesforce products along with surrounding products like Apttus, AEM, Elequa etc, and should be familiar with how these technologies manifest in a landscape.
8. Reporting to a Senior Director, Quick learner and self-starter
9. Project reporting is key
10. bility to work with large set of stakeholders and manage their expectations
11. ssertive to push the contributing teams on their commitments. Leverage relationship and escalations.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication in facilitating conversations, status meetings, status reporting
13. Solid project management skills (Roadmaps, project plans, RACI, RAID)
14. Must be thorough and be able to drive the projects in Agile project environment
15. Release management.
