Role and Responsibilities

As a Go-to-Market Techno Functional Experts. S/he is expected to
  • Interact at the CXO level across multiple industries , ISV and IISV and Medtech will be more focused area
  • Build new and nurture existing relationships in identified client accounts and stakeholders to drive growth around Tech M expertise. Key success criteria is the qualified pipeline generation.
  • Able to handle first level discussions towards generation of growth pipeline. Anchor the client relationships and meetings workshops.
  • Develop the market along with a team of experts across multiple Service Lines and offerings and also lead this effort from the front
  • Take initiative to grow pipeline by unearthing opportunities in chosen accounts
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders including Global Account Teams and Leadership to drive growth in the account
  • Strive for in-depth understanding of the client''s business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions so as to align with what TechM has to offer
  • Drive thought leadership for GCC.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience with focus on Pipeline generation, good understanding of ISV/IISV domain. One or two other domain area is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver consulting services engagements.
  • Expertise to work across different service lines to lead client conversations and create meaningful engagements.
  • Basic technology understanding of Cloud, Data , Full stack engineering
  • Basic domain understanding of key industry verticals
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Proven ability to enhance value of an opportunity through infusion of new technology and digital offerings

East Coast
