Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the Technology Integration and Data Analytics Team. This involves fostering professional growth, mentoring team members, and ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the planning and delivery of technology integration projects. This includes setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects are executed effectively and within the set deadlines.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to prepare estimates for potential clients. This involves understanding client needs, estimating the resources required, and providing accurate cost estimates.
- Product Demos and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients. This involves explaining the features and benefits of our products in a clear and compelling manner.
- Pre-Sales Engagement: Engage in pre-sales conversations with potential clients. This involves providing technical insight and business acumen to support the sales process, and helping clients understand how our solutions can meet their needs.
- Client Coordination: Work closely with client development teams to coordinate on upcoming projects. This involves understanding client needs, aligning our solutions with these needs, and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Additional Tasks: Handle additional tasks as assigned to support the team and project objectives. This could include a range of activities, depending on the specific needs of the team and the project.
Requirements
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience in technology integration, project management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems; certification in Odoo or Zoho is a significant plus.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on solution-driven results.
- Proficient in the latest technology trends and analytics tools.
