Description:

Confluent Medical Technology's Engineering Rotational Development Program is a graduate program designed to rapidly develop Confluent Medical's next generation of world class engineers. The program gives participants the opportunity to gain a broad perspective in Confluent Medical's core engineering functions. The program is structured as four, six-month assignments spanning a two-year period and provides challenging and meaningful experiences, technical and leadership training, and coaching from assignment managers and mentors. Potential assignment locations include Fremont, CA, Laguna Niguel, CA, Austin, TX, Chattanooga, TN, Warwick, RI, and Alajuela, Costa Rica. The next rotations will commence in June/July, 2023.

Rotational Assignment Duties & Responsibilities may include:
Develop, test and/or optimize new or existing products for safety, quality, efficiency and to meet economic goals and standards
Document designs and specifications
Identify design related cost reduction opportunities
Manage operations optimization and business impact to achieve improved profitability
Coordinate a new product development process
Develop product prototypes with direct customer interface

Program Eligibility
Advanced engineering degree in Bio-medical, Material Science, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field
English language proficiency
Ability to relocate to various company sites every 6 months
