- Possibility of both extensions and full-time hire

- Hybrid (remote/onsite combination) - reporting office (Dorchester, MA)
1. Description of Work/Position:
POSITION SUMMARY The Technical Project Manager supports multiple strategic infrastructure technology projects. The primary goal will be to assist in the planning and coordination of the teams to execute the projects following the change process established .
II. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with CIO office units and systems infrastructure team in the communication of required hardening or migrations in existing or new infrastructure
Set meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and track/resolve action items including providing status to teams and leads
Work closely with the technical teams to ensure prerequisites and activities for the changes meets existing requirements
Perform project management tasks for all technology projects assigned
Identifying project risks and contingency plans, communicating project status to management and other stakeholders, and escalating issues to adjust project scope, resources or timelines
Other duties as assigned and specified by manager in line with area and company needs
III. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor' s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
5 to 10 years Project Management experience
Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external clients in a clear, focused and concise manner
Solid planning, organization, and project management skills to communicate well and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while managing time effectively
Take responsibility for meeting challenging deadlines, which will require flexibility in hours from time to time
Solid customer service skills
Have a positive "can do" attitude and be willing to do whatever it takes to meet the goals
IV. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of infrastructure (databases, application servers and network devices)
Analytical skills; ability to analyze large set of data in Excel
Experience in a Financial Services firm is a plus

- 8+ years of experience as Technical Project Manager
- Experience on IT projects

- Being able to support several projects at the same time
Nice-to-Have:
- Problem solving (not only requesting things but making sure the tasks are done helping the people with the roadblocks)
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but English is a must-have
