Program Manager
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: Till end of the year

This role will perform key analysis and project planning, as well as manage complex projects for all phases of a project life cycle. Success requires a combination of business implementation experience, strong communication, project management, and business analysis skills, and understanding of insurance processes and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor project delivery, identify and address project risks/issues/dependencies, ensure appropriate resource levels, escalate concerns when needed, and communicate progress to the stakeholders at different levels
- Develop and execute plans under a set of implementation and delivery time constraints. Create meeting agendas, status updates, and meeting minutes. Proactive follow-ups.
- Provide status updates to the client as well as Group Digital Program Management Office on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS
- BS degree and equivalent work experience required. Project management and business analysis education and experience a plus.
- Insurance industry experience from a production/business background.
- 5 to 10 years of experience managing dynamic projects. Adaptability to projects of all sizes - small to large in scope.
- Experience with digital marketing and customer experience projects a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects.
- Agile methodology experience a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated integrity and dedication to effective, efficient delivery of objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project and Visio, and experience with documenting process flows.
