We are hiring for an Assistant Pharmacy Manager at our Script Care Pharmacy located in Burnaby, BC. This is a central fill facility supporting Save-On-Foods Pharmacies in BC by providing centralized services such as processing, packaging, and distribution.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting day-to-day pharmacy central fill tasks, including the preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals to support our retail locations.
• Monitoring and meeting deadlines for prescription orders and delivery cut-off times.
• Supporting the Pharmacy Manager with setting staff work schedules, monitoring staff performance, assisting with recruiting, training, and supervising of team members.
• Receiving questions and concerns about the workplace and further escalations as needed.
• Inventory management.
• Enforcing policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drugs distribution.

You Have:

• Your pharmacist licence and are in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or with the equivalent regulatory body of another province.
• Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize.

$46.00 - $49.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
