FSR provides support and continuity to customers and users on a world-wide basis to achieve system readiness on platform M2 A2 ODS Bradley fighting Vehicles Support. The FST/FSR provides technical assistance to the Croatia Armed Forces testing, troubleshooting, repairing, de-processing, storing and assistance in shipping vehicles and their respective components during transition, technical data collection and reporting, operating systems expert on vehicles, act as the first point of contact for field problem identification and accident investigations and unit hand-off. Training consists of system operation, assembly and sub-assembly troubleshooting, component and system fault isolation and repair of the Bradley A2 ODS.

Required Skills and Education

Knowledge of military maintenance systems (all levels of repair) on M2 A2 ODS Bradley fighting Vehicles
Knowledge of appropriate technical manuals and engineering data.
Must be able to interpret and use all types of engineering drawings and schematics.
Detail understanding of system troubleshooting techniques.
Familiar with the use and operation of TMDE (Test Measurement) type diagnostic equipment and STE M1 FVS or T2SS equipment technically proficient in vehicle operation, mechanics and electronics. Experience in the mechanical/electronic field of relevant military products; technical knowledge depth must be first through fourth level of maintenance repair.
Basic computer skills.
Understanding of the military structure.
Proficient with use of all types of hand tools, shop tools, including micrometers, depth gauges and finish gauges.
Proficient with use of all types of power tools, lifting devices, carrying or support equipment in a safe manner.
Be able to develop and present vehicle and component formal and informal training programs.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant Associate's degree, or military school training; plus additional 10 years work experience in the mechanical/electrical/electronic field of relevant military products Bradley Fighting Vehicles A2 ODS .

Proficient with Microsoft Office. Must use Microsoft Office for reporting, development of presentations and communications with product engineering and program management.

Knowledgeable in the operations of and proficient in maintenance activities and troubleshooting of all variants of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle.
