Come join our team! Mobius is a fast growing and award-winning systems engineering company looking for a Senior Analyst for our Weapons and Missile Systems contract. This position is in the Missile Defense Agency Sea-Based Weapons Systems / Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense, Sea-Based Weapon Systems Program Office (MDA/ABS). The incumbent will directly support the ABS Weapon System BMD Baseline Product Manager and the Systems Engineering team in aspects of the engineering "V" with focus on requirements, system testing, configuration control and management and engineering documentation. The successful candidate will experience in Agile software development process, possess proficiency in working on large cross-functional teams, interacting with leadership/technical managers, and ability to interact and effectively coordinate with sponsors and contractor organizations.
This full-time salaried position serves onsite with the client in Dahlgren, VA and could require some travel within the continental United States.

Duties of a Senior Systems Analyst may include:
- Execute system engineering functions of Aegis BMD Baselines and Combat Systems integration technical issues including software requirements, system upgrades and system testing
- Participate in Engineering Technical Reviews (ETRs) and review requirements in the Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) database
- Responsible for assessing the degree to which the identified systems operations and technical requirements are being met and where improvements for modernization may be applied for the next generation of missile defense systems
- Review proposed requirements changes in higher level specifications for baseline impacts to the ensure early identification of disconnects.
- Provide technical coordination to established alignment between the Navy and MDA for integration the BMD and Combat System Capability Package upgrades to ensure both program organizations remain informed of any new decisions that affects scope and schedule
- Support Warfighter coordination and integration
- Work with system developers to review and assess verification plans for including support equipment, and interfaces to other system elements
Requirements:
- 20+ years of related experience preferably a development and testing support
- Proficiency in written and verbal skills as well as MS Office and demonstrated ability to deliver products on schedule
- Capability to develop and present program briefings to senior management-level personnel
- Prior experience with Aegis Weapons Systems; Experience with Weapon System Development; Technical experience in one of the following areas: Fleet operations, systems engineering, missile systems, Aegis Qualifications, etc., all a plus
Education Requirement
- MS/MA Degree preferable in STEM related technical field or BS/BA
Clearance Requirement
- Candidate must have an active government Secret Clearance, TS a plus
