Relevant de l'architecte associ et membre d'une quipe collaborative situe Montral, le.la charg.e de projet, sera appel.e contribuer principalement sur des projets dans le secteur de l'ducation. Sans se limiter ces responsabilits, le (la) charg(e) de projet sera appeler prendre en charge les principales tches suivantes :
Dveloppement de projets ;
Supervision et vrification du travail des collaborateurs attitrs au projet ;
Diriger les meetings de production ;
Coordonner l'ensemble des consultants ;
Gestion administrative des projets ;
Assurer le droulement selon plan et devis ;
Possibilit de surveillance de chantier ;
Reporting to the associate architect and being a member of a collaborative team based in Montreal, the project manager will be primarily involved in projects within the education sector. Without being limited to these responsibilities, the project manager will be tasked with undertaking the following main duties:
Project development ;
Supervising and verifying the work of collaborators assigned to the project ;
Leading production meetings ;
Coordinating all consultants ;
Administrative management of projects ;
Ensuring compliance with plans and specifications ;
Possibility of on-site supervision ;

Matrise en architecture ;
Membre de l'Ordre des architectes du Qubec ;
Minimum de 5 10 ans d'exprience dans le domaine de l'architecture ;
Bonne connaissance du Code national du btiment ;
Excellente connaissances techniques avec Revit et AutoCAD ;
Matrise de l'anglais et du franais avec des comptences en communication orale et crite sont un atout ;
COMPTENCES
Fortes habilets en communication (oral et crit) ;
Bonne gestion du temps et des priorits et grer des situations imprvues ou complexes ;
Exerce un leadership mobilisateur et positi f;
Apte grer plusieurs dossiers simultanment ;
Bilingue (franais et anglais) ;

As such, it believes that a diversity of educational backgrounds may be considered, including architects, graduates or technologists in architecture, or other profiles from the construction industry.
Master's degree in Architecture ;
Member of the Order of Architects of Quebec ;
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of architecture ;
Good knowledge of the National Building Code ;
Excellent technical skills with Revit and AutoCAD ;
Proficiency in both English and French with strong oral and written communication skills are an asset ;
Skills :
Strong communication skills (oral and written) ;
Good time management,prioritization abilities, and handling complex situations ;
Demonstrates mobilizing and positive leadership ;
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously ;
Bilingual (French and English) ;
