Overview:
We are excited to grow our team with a Sales Executive who wants to have a measurable impact on the successful growth of our CERDAAC Software portfolio. As our market continues to grow rapidly, we're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team to support growth.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for finding and closing new business, and in addition, teaming with other members of the Sales team to expand our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with an amazing ability to present the value narrative in a meaningful and creative way.
What You'll Do:
Achieve new logo revenue target by selling the CERDAAC CMMS offering into following industries:
medical technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and or aerospace & defense industry
Understands and possess knowledge in the CMMS or QMS solutions space and understand the
associated complex selling process.
Understands industry trends and customer/market needs. Has the ability to clearly articulate to
executives, customers and prospects how our software and services offerings can meet needs and
deliver significant value
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop trusted and lasting relationships with
executives and at all levels within customer organizations.
Demonstrates ability to think creatively in the development of customer solutions, pricing and
pursuit/proposal strategies.
Devises new and innovative ways to market products and services.
Understands sales best practices, methods and supporting systems (including CRM).
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work seamlessly with internal and external teams (e.g.,
peers, customers, alliance partners, affiliate executives, industry partners)
Able to create and deliver high impact customer presentations, communications and proposals,
adapt with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Communicates clearly and effectively.
Sets and meets specific quarterly or annual sales goals. Establishes processes and systems to
monitor and report progress
Ability to travel >50%
To be successful, we think you need:
7+ years in a software account executive with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience
with start-up companies, mid-tier, or Fortune 1000 organizations
Experience working with regulated industries including one or more of the following: medical
technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and or aerospace & defense industry background is
preferred.
Experience selling regulated quality or operations software to regulated industries. Examples include
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Quality Management Systems (QMS)
to Quality or manufacturing organizations
Thrive in a startup environment where processes and sales materials are being developed and
implemented
Expert at the selling solutions to mid-level & executive management (Manager, Sr. Manager,
Director, VP, etc.)
Highly motivated, self-starter who can handle workload
Strong written and verbal communications
Strong work ethic with ability to maintain positive and productive working relationships
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
