Duties
- Lead fitness classes
- Create and implement engaging and effective workout programs for participants
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper body mechanics and form during exercises
- Educate participants on the principles of fitness and the benefits of regular exercise
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and modifications as needed
- Ensure a safe and clean workout environment for all participants
Experience
- Previous experience as a fitness instructor or related role required
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and body mechanics
- Proficiency in program design for different fitness levels and goals
- Experience teaching Group Cycle classes
- Ability to effectively communicate with participants and provide clear instructions
- Certification in relevant fitness disciplines is required (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA)

To excel in this position, you should have previous experience as a fitness instructor or a related role. You should possess a strong knowledge of exercise physiology and body mechanics. Proficiency in program design for different fitness levels and goals is essential. Experience teaching group cycle is required. Certification in relevant fitness disciplines, such as ACE, NASM, or AFAA, is a plus.
