Honeywell'sACST team is seeking a Senior HSE Engineer for our Broomfield, CO location.

Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with theorganization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmentalresponsibility.
Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, andenvironmental regulations, permits, and certifications.
Stay updated on changing regulations and industry best practices.
Develop and implement proactive safety measures, training, and policies toprevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses in the workplace.
Conduct risk assessments and safety auditsto identify and mitigate potential hazards, providing engineering solutions andpreventive measures.
Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for HSE-relatedincidents, including accidents and environmental emergencies.
Develop and manage the HSE budget, allocateresources, and seek cost-effective solutions to maintain high standards ofhealth, safety, and environmental protection.
Promote environmental sustainability byimplementing eco-friendly practices and minimizing the environmental impact ofthe organization's operations.
Leverage advanced technology solutions to enhance safety and environmentalmonitoring, reporting, and incident response.
Collaborate with various internaldepartments, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure effectivecommunication, training, and education on HSE matters.
The annual basesalary for this position is $85,600.00 - $107,000.00 Please note that thissalary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers variousfactors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope andresponsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education andtraining, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
