Job Summary:

• Collaborate with team members on an ongoing basis
• Communicate effectively with students and staff
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and create comprehensive, function-based behavior support plans
• Develop and maintain ongoing oversight of positive behavior supports & strategies; monitor and revise based on data
• Collect, organize, and analyze data; utilize data to drive decisions
• Support staff members in plan implementation and data collection; model, provide feedback, and follow-up on a regular basis
• Conduct fidelity checks to inform staff training needs for consistent plan implementation
• Participate in PPT and team meetings; interpret data orally and provide visual supports to the team
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and monitor the implementation of comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
• Provide training for staff, families, and community members in behavioral interventions and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations for comprehensive services

Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Required.
