ABOUT THE POSITION
ATG Entertainment, an established global live performance venue management and production company, is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the North American Finance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company in a unique industry. This role is based in New York City and will further strengthen the existing finance teams in New York and San Antonio, Tx.
The role will report into the Head of Commercial Finance and be a key commercial finance support to the Director of Broadway and Broadway General Managers in driving the success and direction of the business, as well as providing additional financial analytical and reporting capabilities to the Ticketing Department. The role will have 1 direct report of a finance business partner focused on Ticketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Venue and ancillary teams to manage the delivery of forecasting and planning in adherence with deadlines and policies.
- Provide the Management team with accurate and timely information and analysis of key variances for all elements of the P&L with related commentary.
- Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
- Drive month end, produce regular reporting and work alongside stakeholders to help drive and improve business performance.
- Facilitate the development and continued analysis of rolling forecasts.
- Work with management to continually improve forecasting and reporting processes.
- Facilitate the analysis of new projects to support good decision making
- Provide strategic and analytical support for the Ticketing department, assisting reporting and facilitating the analysis of new initiatives.
- Develop relationships across the business to uncover frustrations and manual. workarounds that users have created and proposing/building alternative processes.
- As required, prepare presentations in support of key stakeholders.
- Understand the needs and wants of key stakeholders to provide them with what they need.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- High level Excel skills
- General knowledge of financial reporting systems
- Understanding of IBM Planning Analytics tools advantageous
- Understanding of the Broadway industry
