Job Description
As an WMS pre-sales/delivery consultant, you will manage the full implementation lifecycle of an WMS engagement. You will be responsible for creating and delivering complex and comprehensive business solutions. You will lead the project team by inculcating leading practices in gathering requirements via client interviews or workshops, solution design, product setups, and integration design. In this role, you will help define and justify the business case, develop implementation plans, track progress against plans, provide expert functional and manage client expectations. You would be responsible for following Accelalpha implementation methodology and would be considered as the go-to person for WMS product knowledge. You will be responsible for reviewing the deliverables and providing quality assurance for the project. You will coach junior WMS consultants on industry leading practices and implementation practices in all stages of the implementation.

US Base Pay Disclosure
Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, taking into account many factors such as the candidate's skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the base salary range is USD $135,000 to $165,000.
In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Please consider that some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation both from the company and the employee.
Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and help clients transform their business with Oracle
- Design, prototype and iterate solutions through hands-on configurations in Oracle
- Understand and apply implementation methodologies to build, document, and test the Oracle system
- Lead and manage a small team of consultants as needed by the project
- Perform pre-sales activities such as demonstrating solutions to potential customers and participating in proposal creation
- Stay updated in the latest trends in Oracle technologies to advice the best possible solutions to the clients
Job Description:
- Strong Supply Chain knowledge and experience base in the core principles and methodologies of WMS with 3-5 years implementing, presenting and executing WMS solutions
- Understand overall objective of the initiatives and provide industry experience and implement the industry leading practices into the solution
- Direct customer facing discovery sessions and technical presentations, solution demos relating to Oracle Warehouse Management.
- Ability to solve business problems and articulate value
- Experience in demonstrating to customers and provide quality assurance for all deliverables
- Ability to bring innovation and thought leadership into the WMS area
- Work alongside sales representatives in closing business by providing technical expertise during the sales cycle and producing implementation estimates.
- Responsible for discovery calls, solution architecture definition and delivery of solution-based demonstrations to customers.
