Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, increase efficiency and ensure innovation.

What you will do as an Engineering Manager :

• Lead engineering efforts, maximize efficiency
• Plan and execute plant improvements and new installs
• Outside vendor management
• Ensure everyone is following policies, safety standards and regulations
• Act as a liason between engineers and other departments as well as outside vendors
• Responsible for budgets for engineering projects
• Ensure supervisors are enforcing safety and a clean work environment
• other tasks as assigned

What you will need as an Engineering Manager :

• 5+ years or experinece as an Engineering manager
• Experience in Aluminum / Steel/ Forging is ideal
