We are looking for a motivated Developer to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will report directly to our Lead Developer and play a key part in executing our web development, integrations, and technical SEO projects. What You'll Be Working On:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of websites for our luxury home service brands.
• Support the implementation of new website features and updates, ensuring functionality and user experience standards.
• Collaborate with the Lead Developer on API integrations with third-party services (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms).
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, tracking, and functionality.
• Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) testing, ensuring all websites are error-free and comply with best practices.
• Assist with SEO optimization tasks, including technical audits, keyword implementation, and monitoring performance.
• Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver web solutions that align with our company's goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest web technologies and industry trends, applying them to improve our digital infrastructure.

What You'll Bring With You:

• 3-5 years of experience in web development.
• LAMP Stack Knowledge: Strong skills in Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP, specifically as they relate to WordPress development.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or others.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to web development.
• Experience with web analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) is a plus.
• Understanding of API integrations and familiarity with RESTful services.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Ability to work in person from our Austin, TX office.
