Job Summary:
This position is for direct support to the Coast Guard's Office of Configuration Management under the Assistant Commandant for Engineering and Logistics (CG-4) requiring four years as a project manager or action officer within modernized units or program offices. Competence in the experience, essential duties, knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below are crucial to successfully filling this high profile, fast paced role. Organizational experience may be substituted by a master's degree in business or operations research. Senior Analyst provides expert services and leadership in specialized areas. For this contract, the performer(s) will develop and execute complex technical tasks, apply analytical problem-solving methodologies, serve as liaison between Government customer, Program Manager and contract staff to monitor deliverable progress and effectively allocate resources. They will also collect and analyze data and prepare briefing materials. The Senior Analyst has specialized experience in planning, evaluating, directing, and coordinating program execution as well as research and development projects and holds a bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in business, business analytics, operations research, or a related field, and working knowledge in at least four (4) of the following areas:

- IT solution implementation, configuration and testing
- Enterprise IT business case development

Essential Duties:
- Create and implement configuration management plans and strategy.
- Coordinate across the enterprise to implement configuration management plan.
- Identify enterprise opportunities to improve and update logistics IT systems.
- Manage and coordinate input/requirements across enterprise logistics IT stakeholders.
- Conduct and capture logistics IT system audit and assessment outcomes.
- Work with design and implementation teams on process for continuous improvement, system reliability and maintenance.
- Ensure system configuration standards align with the Mission Support Business Model
- Responsible for planning and execution of project and program meetings.
- Assist in quality control over deliverables and work products
- Create, update and support updates to MS365 forms, templates, and IT applications/systems.
- Archive Program functional documents and information
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Practical knowledge and experience in the Coast Guard's Mission Support Business Model
- Ability to lead complex IT system analysis, projects and tasks across disparate teams
- Excellent organization skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Strong skills across MS Power Platform and MS365 suite of tools
