Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess patients to ensure their suitability for aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxin injectables and dermal fillers
- Performs non-surgical aesthetic treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.
- Ability to promote and market self in a competitive geographical area
- Recruit, establish, and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
- Evaluate client's suitability for all available services & treatments
- Pursue opportunities to upsell by educating clients on additional services.
- Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
- Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client's medical chart.
- Accurately maintain inventory.
- Sustain proficiency through continuous education and training.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company goals.
- Skillfully communicate with patients in a sensitive, confidential, & respectful manner.
- Display comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy and the physiology of the skin and underlying tissues.
- Always ensure the safety of clients when performing treatments.
- Abide by all Nevada state laws and regulations.
- Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client in a timely manner.
- Develop an individualized treatment plan based on patient consultation
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms and facility
- Other duties as assigned by Regional Director or Cosmetic Manager.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner with current licensure in the state of Nevada 2+ years' experience as a nurse injector is strongly preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting required, dermatology preferred

- Must demonstrate a consistent level of excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of retail product lines and cosmetic procedures, and ability to communicate and/or support the patient education process in office.
- Heightened awareness of patient privacy, discretion, and HIPPA around patient procedures. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
