Aesthetic Injector

Position Summary: We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our experienced team in Reno, NV with a passion for collaboration and helping patients achieve their goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and eager to build and grow with us, has a strong willingness to learn and train, and passion about the aesthetic industry, evolving trends, and new treatments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to ensure their suitability for aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxin injectables and dermal fillers
• Performs non-surgical aesthetic treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.
• Ability to promote and market self in a competitive geographical area
• Recruit, establish, and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
• Evaluate client's suitability for all available services & treatments
• Pursue opportunities to upsell by educating clients on additional services.
• Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
• Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client's medical chart.
• Accurately maintain inventory.
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and training.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company goals.
• Skillfully communicate with patients in a sensitive, confidential, & respectful manner.
• Display comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy and the physiology of the skin and underlying tissues.
• Always ensure the safety of clients when performing treatments.
• Abide by all Nevada state laws and regulations.
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client in a timely manner.
• Develop an individualized treatment plan based on patient consultation
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms and facility
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Director or Cosmetic Manager.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner with current licensure in the state of Nevada 2+ years' experience as a nurse injector is strongly preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting required, dermatology preferred

• Strong knowledge of retail product lines and cosmetic procedures, and ability to communicate and/or support the patient education process in office.
• Heightened awareness of patient privacy, discretion, and HIPPA around patient procedures. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
