Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations
  • Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
  • Design systems and procedures
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate successful implementation of new systems and procedures
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
  • Evaluate performance results and make recommendations for any major changes affecting short/long term organizational growth and success
  • Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments
  • Promote, track and measure compliance with program changes by creating and implementing appropriate data collection, reporting and/or recordkeeping processes
  • Review results of program changes for efficacy
  • Conduct observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel needed on different projects
  • Other tasks and assignments as assigned


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 6 years' of progressive experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of business and management principles
  • Ability to constructively collaborate with various stakeholders


Work Authorization/Security Clearance: This role requires US citizenship

Work Location: Hybrid work environment in San Antonio, TX

Work Environment: Work will be done in an office setting/environment and will need to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment. The person in this role will need to have the ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and occasionally will need to move about inside an office environment. This position frequently communicates with other employees and external stakeholders. The person needs to have the ability to accurately exchange information in these settings. This position is on a hybrid work schedule, with some time spent in our San Antonio, TX office.
