Key Responsibilities: Pay rate: $75 - $85 /hour

Cybersecurity SOC Analyst:

  • Monitor security systems, including SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
  • Analyze and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and recommending remediation steps.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, and ensure timely resolution of findings.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to proactively protect the organization.


  • IT Change Management Specialist:

  • Manage the IT change management process, ensuring changes are logged, evaluated, approved, implemented, and reviewed in a controlled manner.
  • Coordinate with various IT teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of changes and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all changes, including risk assessments, rollback plans, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Conduct change management training and awareness programs for IT staff and end-users.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the change management process.


  • Salesforce Administration:

  • Administer and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's needs, including user management, data security, workflows, and custom objects.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and implement solutions within Salesforce.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform through regular audits and compliance checks.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they are effectively utilizing the platform.
  • Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and feature enhancements, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.


  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a SOC or cybersecurity role.
  • Proven experience in IT change management, including managing change control processes and documentation.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • Preferred Skills:

  • Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
  • Experience with other CRM or ITSM tools.
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
  • Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with ITIL framework and practices.
