Job Summary:

Exciting Opportunity: Join our dynamic team as the HR Director for Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL). As a key leadership role, you will drive transformative HR strategies, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. This position involves spearheading end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum five years of HR Management experience.
  • Must have PHR or SHRM-CP, but SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Legal Compliance: Proficiency in FLSA, ADA, EOE, FMLA, and Wage and Hour practices.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS/HRCM.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service skills, fostering positive relationships.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention and consistent follow-up on HR processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Experience in leading initiatives for enhancing rewards and recognition.
  • Empathy: Recognizing and understanding the diverse needs of team members.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage and lead the HR team, including the HR coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist, ensuring cohesive and effective collaboration to achieve organizational HR objectives.
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with CPSFL's mission and organizational goals.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of diverse and qualified candidates to support CPSFL's objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Cultivate a positive workplace culture by implementing and overseeing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • HR Operations: Spearhead comprehensive HR operations, including policy development, compliance, and efficient HR processes.
  • Learning and Development: Facilitate ongoing learning opportunities and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of CPSFL's workforce.
  • Performance Management: Drive effective performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance appraisals.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an environment that values and respects the unique contributions of every team member.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted resource for employees, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments, promoting a cohesive and harmonious working environment.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring comprehensive and competitive offerings to support the well-being of CPSFL's team members.
  • Advisory Role: Provide HR guidance to leadership, ensuring alignment with CPSFL's values and legal requirements.


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation: $90,000
  • Generous Paid Time Off: Our company provides an exceptional paid time off package, including ten paid holidays, a fully paid week off from Christmas to New Year, as well as the accumulation of vacation, sick, and personal time right from the beginning of your employment.
