D E S C R I P T I O N S U M M AR Y

The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP will provide expert guidance on various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

D U T I E S AN D R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

General Duties:

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support those goals.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues and initiatives.
  • Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing workplace issues proactively.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and initiatives effectively across the organization.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on HR trends, employee engagement, and turnover rates.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing solutions for organizational challenges.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the Company/Manager's discretion.


Q U AL I F I C AT I O N S

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and comprehend reports and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and people skills
  • Regular physical attendance on a predictable basis is essential to the performance of this job.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism.

E D U C AT I O N AN D E X P E R I E N C E
  • Minimum Experience: 2-4 years in the related area of Human Resources
  • Required License: Valid Driver's License
  • Preferred Certification: PHR or SHRM-CP Certification

  • Regularly required to sit and/or stand and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Long hours sitting and, on the computer, entering data.
