Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Business Analytics Senior Manager - Market Intelligence to lead the function and team responsible for the development and oversight of measurement and analysis of Culver's efforts to maximize business growth. The person in this position will drive data-decision making, optimizing marketing strategies and maximizing return on marketing investments. This Senior Manager will partner with key stakeholders to drive a deeper understanding on the efficacy of operations and marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead Partnerships and Communication with Cross Functional Teams:
o Guide efforts to establish clear objectives, goals and strategies for measuring operational effectiveness
o Generate regular reports and present findings to marketing and cross-functional teams
o Prepare and present regular reports to senior management showcasing insights, findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to drive data-driven decision-making and marketing optimization
Develop and Implement Comprehensive Analytics Strategies and Tools:
o Measure, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, operational efforts and other initiatives
o Utilize data insights to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for optimization across various marketing channels including digital, social media, email and traditional media
o Ensure data is complete and accurate and can be pulled into systems and models for analysis
o Lead the development and implementation of analytical tools, technologies and processes to enhance data collection, analysis and reporting capabilities
o Utilize sales data to build models to understand marketing KPIs such as incrementality
o Responsible for gathering, analyzing and synthesizing competitor reports, market research, and industry data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making
o Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Marketing model and marketing analytics to drive innovation and competitive advantage
Lead and Develop Team Members - employ successful communication and coaching to enable individual and team success and engagement.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or related field. Master's degree/MBA is a plus.
o 7-10 years related experience in an analytics roles with a proven track record of driving data driven strategies and delivering measurable results, preferably with at least 2 years of experience managing people, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Highly versed in applications software including advanced Excel and PowerBI. Strong use of PowerPoint.
Additional Info:
Starting Pay Range: $115,000-$135,000 commensurate with experience.
Classification: Exempt/Salaried, full-time position.
