We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Indirect Procurement team. This role will focus on leading procurement initiatives across various indirect categories, driving efficiency, cost savings, and strategic supplier relationships.

YOU WILL:

Strategic Procurement (80%)

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect categories, including but not limited to Facilities Management, HR, G&A, Travel, Events, IT, etc.
• Lead negotiations for contracts, supplier agreements, and service level agreements to optimize terms and achieve cost savings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals and support organizational growth.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement practices by utilizing analytics and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Transformational Leadership (20%)

• Lead transformational procurement projects aimed at enhancing procurement processes and leveraging technology.
• Champion sustainability initiatives within the procurement function, promoting environmentally responsible sourcing practices.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support procurement transformation initiatives.

YOU BRING:

• Curiosity: This position will require building-from-scratch thinking in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in strategic procurement with a focus on indirect categories.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and program management skills.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a collaborative leadership style.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and systems along with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations relevant to procurement activities.
• Passion for sustainability and familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices preferred.
• Be a proactive self-starter who is comfortable navigating dynamic work environments with shifting priorities.
• Effective in engaging and collaborating across different departments.
